Following a recent curriculum review, the Information Technology (IT) department of The Bahamas Technical and Vocational Institute (BTVI) will now be offering a set of new and optimized programs come fall 2017.

Deserving Sandilands employee lands scholarship

Sandilands Rehabilitation Centre employee, Ruth Bowe-Dean, who founded the institution’s beauty salon over 30 years ago, was recently recognized for her years of service and awarded a $500 scholarship to complete a barbering course at The Bahamas Technical and Vocational Institute (BTVI).
